Is there a hose faucet made with water supply at the top?
I am moving a garden hose spigot from one end of my garage to the other. The present faucet (bib) comes through the wall with the water supply in the rear. I’d like to mount a new one directly to the wall (or to a 1×3 board) so I need a… bib with ears to attach to the wall and a water supply nipple at the top. I have looked in Lowes, Home Depot, etc., at standard hose bibs and boiler drains but can’t find a thing that meets my needs. Does anyone know a source or and I looking for something that doesn’t exist?

They make a galvinized 1/2" elbow with ears to screw to the wall that is used for shower heads. You could use that with a boiler drain screw in so the hose attachment is at the top.
