How to hook up a 3/4 inch PVC pipe to a garden hose?

I have a PVC pipe idea and I’d like to know if (and how) you can hook a 3/4 inch PVC pipe up to a garden hose. Is it possible? What supplies will I need to make this happen? How do it do it?

All you need is the Hose to pipe adapter and some PVC glue. They sell these adapters at hardware and Home Improvement stores.
What was mentioned above about using a PVC Solvent Weld type coupling would work IF you could also find the coupling with GHT (Garden Hose Threads). If you can not find that type of fitting you could get the PVC Solvent Weld type coupling with Male NPT (National Pipe Tapered) Thread, and then add a standard Female NPT X Male GHT adapter to convert for use with a Garden Hose.
