I have a garden hose sprayer and when l turn the water on, the water sprays and leaks from all ends connecting from the hose to the sprayer. l tried tightening it onto the hose but it still goes crazy with leaking. What’s the problem with it?

It looks like i mostly have fusia? or what ever it is called, the thin blade grass. But I have some grab grass and it looks like a mix of other thick blade grass.
I want to
1. Fix the dead/bare spots
2. Get rid of the other types of grass
3. Have a healthy green lawn
4. Know of some good products to use

Is it to late in the summer to fix this or do I have to wait till next season?

For a part of a diy home project me and my mates need to bury a length of standard garden hose underground permanently.
My question is will the hose biodegrade? if so.. is there a specific type of hose that wouldn’t biodegrade that i could use?
